By accessing and using Bangladesh Map Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Bangladesh Map Studio provides web-based tools for generating thematic and choropleth maps of Bangladesh ("the Service"). The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis.

3. Use of Maps and Exported Data

Any maps, images, or documents generated and exported using Bangladesh Map Studio can be used for personal, academic, and commercial purposes without restriction. We kindly request, but do not require, attribution to "Bangladesh Map Studio" when our maps are used in published academic papers or commercial works.

4. Accuracy of Data

While we strive to provide accurate administrative boundaries, Bangladesh Map Studio makes no guarantees regarding the precision, accuracy, or completeness of the geographic data. The maps are intended for thematic visualization and should not be used for navigation, legal boundary determination, or critical decision-making where absolute geographic precision is required.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
